El Concejo Municipal es el órgano de mayor jerarquía de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Luis. Esta conformada por el Alcalde, quien la preside y el numero de Regidores que se establezca de acuerdo a Ley. Ejerce as funciones y atribuciones que determine la Constitución Política, Ley Orgánica de Municipalidades y demás leyes y normas legales concordantes a ella.
Regidores
En nuestras manos está formular ordenanzas municipales que contribuyan al desarrollo y progreso de nuestro distrito; además bajo la dirección de nuestro Alcalde Ricardo Perez recorreremos todas los sectores, escuchando a nuestro vecinos, y juntos, solucionar las diversas problemáticas que nos aquejan. Ya iniciamos el cambio y tengan la plena seguridad, que haremos historia en San Luis.
